Subscribe to Podcasts'The Magic of Maleny' by David Crewe was the winning entrant in the Your Town Your Song competition, where listeners from all over Australia wrote lyrics about their towns. ABC Radio received over 450 entries.
As part of the prize, David's lyrics have been put to music by Golden Guitar winner Ian Quinn and performed by Saturday Night Country's Felicity Urquhart with accompaniment by her husband Glenn Hannah. It was recorded in the ABC Sydney studios and produced by Steven Pomfrett.
David and his wife will be kicking up their heels at the 2011 Tamworth Country Music Festival, with flights, three nights accommodation and selected tickets (including seats at the Golden Guitar Awards) all taken care of. They will also see Felicity Urquhart perform the song for the first time live onstage on Thursday January 20 at a very special recording of Saturday Night Country.

Felicity Ann Urquhart (born 4 May 1976) is an Australian country music singer-songwriter, sometimes seen as Felicity. Her single "Big Black Cloud", co-written with Randy Scruggs, reached No. 1 on Country Tracks National Top 30 Singles Chart in 2007.
