Carrie Underwood worms her way onto Sesame Street

The Grammy Award winning artist has made a cameo appearance on US children’s television program Sesame Street as a perky blonde worm.

The character, called ‘Carrie Underworm’, was created especially for Carrie Underwood and performs a song called The Worm Anthem, which Underwood recorded for the show.

The episode will get several more runs on Sesame Street but in the meantime you can check it out online here.
