Country music's helping hand to flood victims
Lee Kernaghan and Sara Storer are among the musicians who have donated tracks to a digital album called Country Music Supports Flood Victims, to help raise funds for the thousands of people affected by the floods.
Other local country artists contributing to the release are Catherine Britt, Steve Forde, Jasmine Rae, McAlister Kemp, Shea Fisher, Warren H Williams, Peter McWhirter and Corey Colum.
International acts supporting the project include Doc Walker, currently in Australia for the Tamworth Country Music Festival, Emerson Drive and Dean Brody.
Proceeds from the sale of the album will go to the Premier’s Flood Relief Appeal.

Lee Kernaghan OAM (born 15 April 1964 in Corryong, Victoria) is an Australian country music singer and songwriter. He was the 2008 Australian of the Year.
