Taylor Swift makes Time's Top 100 list
At just 20 years old, the singer has shot to the top of country and pop music charts around the world, and is one the best-selling artists of recent years despite having only released two albums.
Her most recent album, Fearless, has sold over 2 million copies and earned her a Grammy award for 'Album of the Year'.
The Time 100 list, which appears in the magazine's 100th issue each year, identifies 'the people whose ideas, innovations and actions are shaping our world'.
According to the list's 'Influence Index', which is calculated based on Twitter followers and Facebook connections, Swift ranks at number four, after Barack Obama, Lady Gaga and Ashton Kutcher.
