The Road To Tamworth heats are on!
The 2010 Road To Tamworth country music competition is currently taking entries from performers and songwriters around Australia.
The competitive national talent development program, now in its eighth year, is designed to give young musicians exposure to a larger audience and a broad network of music industry professionals including songwriters, publishers, established artists and industry organisations.
Prizes for the winners of the Performance and Songwriting categories include a twelve month music mentorship and return trip to Nashville, Tennessee, along with other professional development and training opportunities.
Deadlines for entries in the various heats around the country are approaching fast, so if you're an aspiring country music star, check below for the cut off date in your area and be sure to get your entry in on time to be part of the competition.
