ABC ABC Country

I was very fortunate to be at the gig put on by ABC New England NW. It was one of my highlghts for CMF. It was great to catch up with old freinds, Catherine Britt, Soph and Less and the meet a great new act, McAlister Kemp. Catherine and the Sunny Cowgirls were their usual brillant best. The find of CMF no doubtably will be McAlsiter Kemp and what a brilliant signing ABC!!! Drew and Troy will go places if the right breaks come their way. I again heard them with Adam Brand. They showed quick thinking, when the power went out at Blazes, to go into the middle of the audience, no power, no lights, no sound and just keep the crowd happy with some accapelo perfermances. I again met Drew and Troy at the beginning of Cavalcade and remarked that some of their work sounds similar to Montgomery Gentry. They were very happy with that a comparison!!!

In all, 3 great acts, a broad example of Australian country music and a great little gathering put on by the ABC Newengland NW. Well done Anna, Kelly and staff, great afternoon.
